Online Coaching is only available for clients who have previous training history. An individualized program with progressions will be given to you to follow on an app. Macros will be monitored in relation to your goals. And weekly check ins to help keep you accountable.
I work with my clients to set fitness goals and monitor their progress. Creating personalized workout routines to improve muscular strength, flexibility and endurance which is crucial to achieve success. It's also a process that takes time and needs to be changed and adapted as progressions are made. I teach my clients how to use gym equipment properly with good form and to develop better self efficacy so that you learn how to be a better athlete.
Nutrition plays an essential part in your success. My job as a nutrition coach is to help my clients use food to fuel their bodies for workouts and recovery. My NASM Nutrition Certification and my NPC Bodybuilding experience prepping for competition bring together a unique understanding of nutrition science.
